1. Return Eligibility:

  • You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Log in to your account and select the order that you wish to return, click request return and follow the steps to request a return. Your return request will be approved within 48 hours and a shipping label will be provided, if you have issues printing or shipping please contact customerservice@squishsquash.co.uk
  • Alternatively contact our customer service team at customerservice@squishsquash.co.uk to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged. £2.99 will be deducted from the refund amount if a label is provided by Squish Squash.

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

5. Refund Options:

  • Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees.
  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we may offer a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
