1. Shipping Carriers
Phoenix Field Ltd, trading as Squish Squash, is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for our customers in the UK. We use Royal Mail and Evri to deliver your orders with care and precision.
2. Dispatch Time
Orders placed before 16:00 (GMT) on a business day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following business day. We strive to process and dispatch your orders promptly to ensure a swift delivery.
3. Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2-4 working days.
- Express Delivery: Delivered within 1-2 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.
4. Free Delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders £20 or over. For orders below £20, standard delivery charges will apply. If you choose an express delivery option, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from the total express delivery cost.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through the respective carrier's website.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a delivery notification card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect the package from a local depot.
8. International Shipping
At present, Squish Squash only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.
9. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected delivery option and the weight of the items in your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.
